Travel Regulations
Individuals are required to enter and exit the van with little or no assistance.
You will need to bend slightly to access the rear of the van. We cannot guarantee specific seating but will do our best to put you in an area that suits you. Sorry, but we do not have space to store walkers or scooters. Baby seats are prohibited. Booster seats must meet State and Local requirements. 6A staff cannot assist in securing such seats; it is the sole responsibility of the parent.
Please let us know of any allergy you may have so we can inform other travelers. Any food that is an allergen to one person will not be allowed in the van. We want everyone to be comfortable. Each person can only occupy one seat and may not obstruct the adjoining seat.
Please limit the size of carry-ons. Space is limited when the van is full.Cancellation and Refunds
Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to pickup. If cancelled within 72 hours, a $50 cancellation fee applies. Please contact 6A Tours directly for all cancellation requests.

Is a half-day tour too long for seniors or mixed-ability groups?
Not at all. Many of our half-day tours include seniors, veterans, and multi-generational families. Pacing, walking distance, and timing are adjusted throughout the day to ensure everyone remains comfortable and included.
What if something changes during the day?
That’s expected. Weather, traffic, and energy levels can all shift. When that happens, we adapt the plan calmly and confidently to keep the day enjoyable and on track. You’re never locked into a rigid schedule.
